Remember the show Who Wants to be a Milionaire? Every contestant got a “phone-a-friend’ option when they were not 100% of the right answer. Think of me as your business “zoom-a-friend” option.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you register I send you over a little bit of homework so we can look at your business as a whole. What is going really well and where are some areas for improvement?

I look at your most recent client data- what lead magnets are converting people? how long does it take once they join your list?

I look at your top 5 performing reels to see what is grabbing people's attention

I look at membership retention- how long are clients staying clients and how can you keep them longer?

I would love to look at your new client intake form to see what your clients have in common and the language they are using when they first register to work with you.

From there you and I decide on a few areas to do a deep-dive into - some areas I have worked on in the past are retention, DM strategy, content creation, funnel strategy, and product suite. But if you can dream it, we can create a strategy!

After our call, I put all the data together, notes we discussed, and send to you with an actionable to-do list for you and your team with due dates. That way, you know exactly what to execute to move the needle in your business over the next 60 days!
